Calc-a-Mine

A mining-valuation suite: three valuation models in the browser, each with field guidance, live calculations and Excel export. Built on the modelling methods from my ACA training — DCF, CAPM and sensitivity analysis.

DCF & Monte Carlo — full discounted-cash-flow model for producing and development-stage ventures, with probabilistic sensitivity across 5,000 simulated scenarios, IRR/NPV/payback, and a tornado chart.

Early-Stage Exploration — cost-approach (Kilburn method) valuation aligned to the VALMIN framework.

Operational Asset — depreciated replacement cost for plants, fleets and infrastructure.

Brainrot Limited

An incorporated creative studio making short-form video for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. I set it up to learn the creator economy first-hand — building channels from scratch and seeing what works.

The toolset is lean: Premiere Pro and Photoshop for editing and design, plus AI workflows for research, scripting and automation.

Organised and led a team of eight students on a volunteering programme in rural Nepal, fundraising £7,000 through a series of events — including a solo sponsored stairmaster challenge (#FernoUpEverest), climbing the equivalent height of Everest (44,421 steps) and raising over £700 alone.

Completed community projects including English teaching at Jyoti School, greenhouse construction in the Gandaki foothills, and refurbishment of Shree Lila Basic School.
